It’s hard to resist the gluttonous food options that are offered to us. We all know that they love to eat healthy on the West Coast. There are a ton of places to dine out and keep your waistline slim. If you are in the Berkeley area you are going to want to try Gather. In NYC, Souen has been serving up healthy dining options since 1971. If you are out and about in the city you are sure to come by one of their three locations in SoHo, the East Village and Union Square. They serve a Japanese macrobiotic menu. This means although the menu is primarily vegan there are some seafood options. They are known for serving scrumptiously slurping ramen.

Healthy food dining options aren’t just for the coasts, and you will find some great ones right in Middle America. Northstar Café in Columbus, Ohio is plating up all natural whole food delicious dishes. You don’t have to have meat in a burger for it to be tantalizing. Try theirs that is made with black beans, brown rice, and beets. You won’t even miss the meat. Wash your meal down with one of the many fresh juice options they make.

For food to be good it doesn’t always have to be calorically laden and heaped in fat or processed sugar. Eating natural and organic foods will actually give you an appreciation for how amazingly delicious food is without all the added chemicals. Go ahead and take a bite out of a healthy eating style.
